More Grateful Than You Know

I have a few short minutes and thought I'd take the time say thank you to those in my life that care. I was grateful share a conversation with a true friend today and I was left feeling much better than I did when we first began our talk. As I told her, it amazes me how I don't realize how much something is bothering me until I begin to talk about it. I believe that God is stripping things out of my life and making them new. The biggest is relationships. I have been fortunate to have many relationships restored from past experiences. But I have also been put in a place where I am realizing that some relationships are changing and not for the better. Years ago God showed me that I was like a gold miner sifting through the waters looking for those rare pieces of gold that the miner would be so fortunate to find. Those pieces of gold were representative of those true relationships that I will find. So to those of you that have shared the walk with me and continue to do so in a true sense of relationship. . I thank you. And to my friend who walked with me through a tough talk today, I am so grateful for you. It's a little sweeter to know that you are not just a friend, but you are family.
