The temps today were perfect! The kids actually got to go outside for the first time (other than our trip to the ER). We are currently outside for the second time today. I think they are going to sleep GOOOD tonight!
Mike is also enjoying the perfect day and is playing tennis with Pal. I'm glad that he has gotten some much needed time on the courts. He deserved it after having the kids two nights in a row (where I was gone much, much later than I had intended). Last night I had promised to come home from Kimmy's candle party earlier than I had come home when we went out to Applebee's. Do you think I did? Ha! I walked back to Auntie's to get my car and called Mike to let him know I'd be leaving soon. The time was 9:15. After Auntie took my purse and insisted I take a load for a few minutes, I sat and enjoyed a little chat with her and Uncle Frank. The next thing you know it was 10:45! I knew I needed to stop for gas so I made sure once I knew how late it had gotten that I left. I felt really bad because I made sure to tell Mike several times that I would be home earlier than the night before. Oops! Thank goodness I have a wonderful, understanding husband.
Here are just a few random pictures of the kids I haven't posted yet. The one with the butterfly on Meri's fingers has a great little story to go with it. I also have a little video too! The ones of the kids in the sprinkler were taken just a few days before they got sick. Mike and I are convinced that it was the water that gave them the ear infections. Who knows?!! They had fun at least. The two of Camden, he got brave enough to go sit on the Sit-n-Spin but was too afraid to do it again. So, instead, he'd go up to it and just stick his little toosh in the water! He is so his father's son!!
Have a great weekend everyone. TTFN

OMGsh - that dress is so adorable!
I just can't believe how big merci looks - shouldn't they be babies still?
God bless you, Beth. Sick kids are no fun. But it sure looks like they made up for it today!!!
LOVED spending time with you and your wonderful kids today, Beth. I really can't get over how much Merci has grown. She is an absolute doll. I say, sometime real soon, we swap kids to photoshoot. Really. I would LOVE to take pics of yours, and I think maybe Ella and Philip are tired of me! LOL! AND, I really want some tasteful preggo pics of myself, and since that's kinda hard to do on my own, you're hired! Again, thanks for keeping that playdate with us. SOON I hope we will get together again. oh, yeah...I am so glad we really understand how one child is so different from the next HA! ;-)
