Let's see, here is a brief run down of what's been going on theses days...
-Camden officially finished school a couple of weeks ago and is now moving on to 1st grade. (He also got two 99%'s and two 100%'s for his final grades).
-
In April Camden started T-ball. We weren't sure that this was his game at first, but he really picked it up after the first couple of games. He has been doing great! We spend an average of 2-3 nights a week at the ball field but wouldn't have it any other way. He loves it! We only have 2 more games left to the season.
-June 21st the kiddos will start a weeks worth of swim lessons. We are all very excited about this, as we want the kids to have a love of the water and not fear it. We are also likely going to be getting a family season pass to the pool so we can swim as often as we want.
-I have taken on a regular night at the library. I now work every Wednesday for 3 hours. This is on top of filling in when needed. It's nice to have a regular night so now I can keep up better with all that goes on and all that changes (which is almost weekly).
-Very excited that we have a few new neighbors that have moved into the neighborhood that I have actually known for years. How wonderful to be able to reconnect and now live so close.
-Mike has been working overtime since mid-April. Last week was his first week back on a regular schedule and we are thankful. Though the overtime pay is nice, it's hard only having Sunday off.
-Mike took time off the last weekend of June and we are hoping to plan a mini-vacation that weekend. We aren't telling the kids until the plans are official, but I know they will be so excited!
-I have had several photo shoots in the past few weeks. An expectant mother, a newborn, a toddler's birthday, and a high school senior's photos. July 24th I will be photographing another wedding. I love it! Hoping to put the extra funds towards a new lens and a portable backdrop.
-Still been doing so much better, in regards to the anxiety. Working with the process and daily thanking God for setting me free!
-My niece is in from Indiana and she spent a couple of days with me. We made a fire the one night and acted goofy. I say she's my twin, because she looks just like I did at her ripe old age of 18! ;)
-We've been enjoying campfires with the kiddos. Needing to get some more wood, but we love that we have started this with the kiddos. Hoping to make a it a new summer tradition.
I am sure that there is much more that I'm forgetting, but that's how my brain has been. I've had to makes lots of notes and keep everything written on the calendar. Otherwise I truly can't keep up. I love that we are keeping busy. It's been good to get out and spend time together as a family.
And speaking of, my monkeys are wanting to spend some time coloring and drawing. It's pretty dreary today, so I think that sounds like a fine idea. So I'm off to color with them. I hope that all of you have had a good start the summer. Until next time friends...TTFN.

I have extra firewood you can have. I'll throw it in the truck and drop it off after work someday next week if you want. Shoot me an email with the best day for you.
