I have no idea what to title this post! We have been so very busy and I guess this is just time to catch on "normal" life.

This past month and a half has flown by so quickly. It began with my sister from Indiana coming in and ending with my family from Florida coming in. In between my sister made a 9 day trip up here before heading home just to come back a week later. It has been none stop for about 5 weeks. I love my family, dearly. But I think any normal person would be glad to get back to their normal routine after weeks of none stop action and people.

We really did enjoy ourselves. We had a lot family coming in and out of our which consequently meant I have had lots to clean up. I still have 2 loads of laundry to finish just from when everyone was here.

I'm realizing the more I type the more this sounds like a complaining post, when really it's not. It has been wonderful month but I am glad to get back to reality.

In my steps back to reality, I'm hit with the fact that my son starts school the end of next month. We went shopping last night for school supplies. My hubby thought it would be a good idea to get it down and out of the way. BOY! I'm not ready for this. I can feel the emotions well up just thinking about it. As he is getting excited, I'm getting emotional. I guess all moms feel that way about their babies starting school. Right? :(

Life has been good. Work has been good. I still have a job for the time being. Though I only work 1 day a week, I've really enjoyed being back. Unfortunately due to the cut backs I am not certain I will still have my job a month from now. Due to the cuts, I know I may be let go. I've already talked to my boss about it and let her know that I am aware that I may be the first cut to save our branch money. She said they are trying their best to not let anyone go at this point. But I know it may be coming. That's OK. As long as our library can stay open and function as much as normal as possible, that is all that matters to me.

Well, on that note. I do have to work this evening. I need to get dinner started here soon. So for now I must go. But, it's good to be back in the blogging world!
