Here is my first edit. Done in PSE6.
First I cropped the photo.
Secondly I enhanced the saturation just a little.
Then I used the CoffeeShop Attic Vintage action.
I used an overlay that I have in my mix of digital scrapbooking items.
I tweaked the overlay just a little before apply the photo to a simple frame.

I lessened the softness and the softened the edges more myself.
