OH, Dear Family!

I wish my family could just have a little glimpse into my mind. I have become more and more frustrated with they way that my family dynamics work. I don't understand why people have to make such simple concepts, such as respect (1 Peter 2:17), a difficult thing to grasp. We are a created with different personalities and quirks, but it doesn't mean that we have to become harsh and rude and even manipulative in our ways of dealing with those differences. If it wasn't for the fact that they are family and I love them so, I would have given up hope on them ever understanding God's design for relationship a long time ago. I know that God can do anything and I just continue to hold to that hope. In the meantime I still can't help getting frustrated. I just had to let that off my chest. ;0)
