This is my mom's high school senior picture. It is actually a picture of an oil painting done from a small wallet.
This is my amazing dad and my niece who I miss dearly. She is more like my sister than my niece.
This is Dani before she let her hair go back to it's natural color. She had the bright pink streaks on the front of her hair for at least a good year. If you know Dani, you know that it suited her quite well.

This picture was taken of myself and my siblings in 1998. The five of us stayed the night in Akron, went to the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame, and went to Quaker Square (where this photo was taken). Through all of the hardships in my family, that weekend will stay one of the best weekends in my life.

Yep, that's Uncle Frank. This picture was taken right when Mike and I started dating, around 11 years ago. I think we were getting together for my father-in-law's birthday.

Here is Uncle Frank doing his famous birthday song. "A happy birthday to you...may you find Jesus near, every day of the year...a happy birthday to you...and the best on you ever had."
This picture is of Mike and I and Auntie. This was taken in some lodge where they had rented a cabin and invited us to come up to stay a night with them. It was lovely!
I absolutely love this picture. This was taken out front at my in-law's. We had all gathered for a picnic of sorts and a water fight some how broke out. We all ended up wet. That was a very special day.

This picture was taken of my mother-in-law Dee and her sisters; Auntie (Teri) and Linda. They were taken at a celebration at church where all three of them sang together. What a special moment.

OK, I know I am in deep trouble for these next few pics. I can't help myself. My husband is known for doing some strange things. His fetish with his hair is just one of the many. This was before we dated. Guess who was getting a perm?!!
So, in this one Mike decided at the end of summer to shave his head. My hubby works outside where he is in the sun day after day. By September he has a great tan, but he wasn't thinking about that when he shaved his head. What made it worse is that we were meeting Uncle Frank's daughter and one son for the first time the day after he did it. Nice first impression, huh?
Now as you can see in this picture, taken a couple of summers before the previous one, he looks good with no hair. I actually love this picture of him. The difference is he shaved it at the beginning of summer. Get that honey? Not at the end of summer. You know I love you, whitey.

I wanted to post this one because it is one of the few that I have where you can see how long Mike let his hair grow. If you look closely you can see it back in a pony tail. Yet another look that I actually liked, that is when it was pulled back.
I always thought this picture was funny and not just because Mike is wearing my niece's belly dancing belt. If you look at the top of his head, you can see these plants that look like they are coming out of his head. It is actually a vase of flowers on top of my fridge in the kitchen. Combine the two and I think it's quite funny.
Mike and I both are guilty for dressing our poor dog up and taking pictures of him. I am happy, for the poor dog's sake, that we finally had a kid. Now the dog doesn't have to look so stupid in all these get ups. He still looks cute if you ask me.
This is my sister's poor gray hound (may she rest in peace). The dog was so ugly she was cute. Her breath was horrible and she passed gas all the time and to top it all of she slept in the oddest of positions. This is her on our couch just after Camden was born when they came home for a visit.
OK, as I bring this to an end, as cheesy as it is I have to post a couple of my favorite pictures of me when I was a kid. My brother took this one when I was about three or four in our parents garage.
I don't know why but this is one of my all time favorite pictures of me when I was little. This was on the steps of my parents house. I think my brother took this one as well.

This is my oldest sister Debbie who is about 17 years older than me. This was taken when I was just a few months old (maybe 5 months?). I love this picture.

I am ending with this picture because it captures a time in my life that was so sweet. My brother and I both were so young. I would give anything to relive those years of my life. I had a great childhood, even though my parents divorced when I was ten. I loved being a kid. I am grateful that my mom gave me this picture. I hope to have one just like this of Camden and his little brother or sister. I hope that he too looks back and says that he enjoyed his childhood.
