More Work For Me!

I am excited at a potential job this coming April. The lovely Auntie called me yesterday on her lunch break to ask me about my photography. A woman that she works with is getting married in April and is looking for a photographer. I guess Auntie was "talking me up" and wanted to know if she could give her my number. I, of course, agreed. The young woman called today and I spoke to her briefly about my work and what I would charge and so forth. I don't know if it's going to be a definite, but if so, a great big thanks goes out to Auntie for more work for me!! I love doing photography and getting paid to do my work for someone is the best job (outside of being a wife and mommy).
I went ahead and set up a blog for just my photos. Auntie was asking if I had a website to give her and it got me thinking. I went to a couple of different web hosting sites and started into it and was way more time consuming than I have the actual time for. So Blogger is the perfect place for me to set up a simple site. For anyone who is interested you can check it out here. It is nothing real fancy but it gives an idea. I had asked prior to Grant wedding that I recently did, for permission to use some of their photos for my portfolios. I am so glad now that I did because that is one of the first things this young lady asked for was to see some of my work. I think it is great that word is spreading.
Well, it's off to check out what my son is getting into now. He's been quite the the little terror today. He just got put in time out from daddy, so I wonder what he's up to now. Have a great night.
