Question About The Cell

I totally need to enlist the help of you fellow bloggers. We are on the hunt to get cell phones. Since having a family we have not had one, crazy seeing as we need it now more than ever. We previously had phones with Cellular One about two years ago. We had absolutely no complaints. The problem is two years has brought about tons of different providers. We want the best deal, which it seems they all have about the same rate. But most important we want the best provider (less dropped calls, roaming charges, etc...) all around. We have been leaning towards Cingular but have heard a few bad things. But I've asked around about other providers and have heard bad and good of all of them. So if any of you out there have any input it would be greatly appreciated. Here's to finding the best one.
