Random Things

Had a nice day today. Was invited to meet my friend Melanie at the mall for lunch. I love being spontaneous and just picking up and going somewhere. I think it's good to plan things as well, but I love the freedom of picking up a going somewhere just a we did today. Of course our lunch was Chic-Fil-A because my son insisted on it. He was not rude, just very persistent. It didn't bother either of us because that is where we usually end up any way. After a few trip around to a couple of different stores we then ended up at the Disney Store. This is just about an every trip to the mall stop. Camden loves that store and we always find great deals. Today he got a Bear in the Big Blue House Playset for only $3.99. (I found this picture of the actual set.) Camden has been a big fan of Bear but it's hard to find toys and such from the adorable show. Most of what we have found for him has been at discount stores or by chance, such as this, at the Disney Store. So you see, we could not pass up this deal. This totally made his day. He came home and took them to bed to nap with him. It was really cute.

We both came home and napped for awhile. We had our dinner and are now just relaxing watching Toy Story. This week is going by so quickly. We still have much packing to do, but I know that while Mike is off on Thursday and Sunday we will both get lots done. What packing that is left is stuff that I will need his help in any way. I hope to be done by Sunday so that we can have a day off before the move. I can't believe that time has gone so fast and that the time is here. And to think not much after getting settled Merci will be here. It's a good way to end up the year, I think.

Well, Mike should be back from playing tennis here soon. I think he is a complete crazed man for playing tennis in such hot weather. It's not like he just goes out and hits the ball around, he really plays. I worry that he will dehydrate himself. He is pretty insistent about playing when he can. I'm glad he makes that time for himself. I'm gonna go for now. Hope ya'll have a great night.
