Aaaaautumn!

Ahhhhhh! I can't wait.I am so impatiently waiting fall. I'm tired of the heat and humidity. I'm tired of sweating and feeling sticky. I'm ready for cooler days and even cooler nights. I know some of you are blogging the entire month of August about something HOT, but how about joining me in celebrating the coming of fall?


Here are my top reasons for loving Autumn!

-As mentioned, I love the cooler tempatures.

-I love the Columbiana Street Fair and fair time marks (for me) the beginning of fall.

-I love to wear my favorite jeans and my favorite sweaters and hoodies.-Hot tea. Need I say more?

-I love the change in colors. The foliage is AMAZING! There is nothing like it.

-Well, my birthday is in October, so of course you have to love fall when your birthday is smack-dab in the middle!

-Both of my children where born in the fall and my hubby and I married in the fall.

-The smells. There is just something about the air and it's fragrance in the fall.

-Pumpkins. I love carving them, I love their color, I love pumpkin pie and just
about everything pumpkin flavored. Can't wait to have my first Pumpkin Spiced Latte.

-FOOTBALL!! High school, college, and best of all STEELERS football!

-Baking. I love to bake when it is a cool, damp day.

-Sunsets and sunrises seem so much more beautiful in the fall. All those leaves look beautiful in the rising or setting sun.

OK, I will force myself to stop. I could seriously keep going but I'll stop. If you care to share your favorites about your favorite season feel free. I'm just getting so excited about fall that I had to share.
