Boredom

Well, you can always tell when I am bored because I end up changing my blog template. I have done this so many times now I'm beginning to feel like Kimmy (you know I love ya!). It seems as though I am never 100% satisfied with my template so every now and then, when I get bored, I change my template. This is the newest...for now.

We've had a busy week. I didn't do much today other than work on making Camden's play room in the basement a little better. It's a work in progress and it is getting there. I like the set up now better than what it was at least. I had planned on attending my uncle's 70th birthday party tomorrow but I am just to worn out. I have youth praise team practice at 11:00 in the morning and I will be there for at least a couple of hours. I don't think I could handle coming home, making something to take (because we were asked to bring a covered dish), and go just to chase Camden around the whole time. Plus, it's supposed to be a yucky day tomorrow. I don't want to use my pregnancy as an excuse, but when your feet are already swelled and you are feeling icky off and on already, who wants to put themselves through more than is necessary? Not me. So, I plan on coming home tomorrow after practice and taking it easy. Tammy has offered to watch Camden while we are at practice and that is such a blessing. I was planning on having him with me, but she offered for me to leave him with her and her sister-in-law. The kids will have a good time and I will not have to worry about him getting into anything or setting of the fire alarm like he did on Sunday.

Yeah, so Camden decided that when he saw the pretty red handle in the gym at church this past Sunday, that he was going to pull it just as Daddy was coming after him. Before Mike could get there the damage was done. Lights were flashing and a guys voice kept saying "An emergency has been reported, please evacuate the building". I was so embarrassed. The Canfield fire department showed up and Camden had to apologize to the nice firemen. He then got to take a little tour of the fire truck that came from no reason. I kept apologizing to TJ. Let me tell you, kids are way to quick. It is now a funny story, but at the time I felt terrible.

Well, I should be getting our little monkey ready for bed. We are working on getting him out the habit of going to bed too late. Summertime is hard to keep a routine going, but we need to crack down now. So goodnight dear friends.
